The Click4Support- Learning to Serve Our Clients The Bill Gates Way!

Serving customers is like walking on a tightrope. The company needs to take care of its customers need as best as it can without hurting its own interests. This can get pretty demanding, especially in a technical world where customer expectations escalate with every update in the different versions of the operating systems of computer, mobile and other gadgets, along with other innovative products that keep on getting added to the technology-market. So what we, at Click4Support (a tech support company), did was to follow the leadership qualities Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft, displays on all the occasions people have the opportunity to observe him.

Here is a snapshot of what we thought to inculcate in our services which is inspired by Bill Gates.

1. Learn to better your business from the most unhappy customers

Businesses all over the world involve in one simple process- there is a need and there is a supply. Problem comes up during the delivery. Customers have some basic expectations which if not fulfilled lead to dissatisfaction and consequently to the loss of revenue to the business. Customer satisfaction is what that drives the business. Bill Gates understood this and inculcated a culture that revolves around customers. At Click4Support, we also follow the same principles. Whenever we have a client complain, we get to the core of it and even refund the money if this is what can keep up the bond.

2. Every employee is a source of great business ideas that betters the client experience

Here, at Click4Support, every employee is valuable and listened to just like Bill Gates have always propagated. We take notice of what our experts have to tell us, including something that can enhance their relationship with the company or something else that can make the experience of the customer better. It is from some of our employees we got to know about the fake companies who are involved in what we call as Click4Support Scam. They reported that some customers after calling them (the IT consultants) asked us if they had called to them telling about issues in their PC. Only after we were told by them we started a campaign to negate the negative impact left on the potential client.

3. Innovation can open doors that never existed earlier

Taking cue from Bill Gates, we continue to evolve the techniques to serve our customers better. We have designed our packages keeping in mind what clients generally look for. Our 24/7 availability and online technical assistance helped us not to be limited by geographical boundaries.

Many more things could be learned by the legacy Bill Gates has created. And we strive for perfection in our modus operandi so that our client can stay happy while we continue to reap benefits from strengthened business-client bond. We just want to say- Thank You Mr. Bill Gates!
