Step4: Double clicks Network, then click QoS Packet Scheduler.

Step5: Double click Limit reservable bandwidth.

Step6: First click on Enabled. Then, change Bandwidth Limit (%) to 0(zero).Then click Ok.

In order to preserve bandwidth, following command block IP address on this content delivery network, which forces YouTube to drive actual video straight to you without any ISPs throttling.

Step1: Click on Start Menu and type in CMD, then Right click and click on Run as administrator.

netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name=”TWCYouTubeFIX” dir=in action=block remoteip=173.194.55.0/24,206.111.0.0/16 enable=yes

Reboot the system and try to access YouTube. It might take more time than usual to start video because of IP blocking.If you want to permanently remove this alteration from you network then do this:

netsh advfirewall firewall delete rule name=”TWCYouTubeFIX”

Its works by breaking small HTTP-based file segments, each segments contain a short interval of playback time of content. Thus, it will buffer that file segment alone and not the entire video.

Step1: In YouTube Center Settings, It offers the option DASH playback. By default DASH playback is enabled. Click and disable DASH playback.
